Mode 1 Fixed Size Cutting Function

Operators can input the desired positioning dimensions directly, and the system will automatically drive the stopper plate to the specified position with precision. Each parameter page allows up to 10 sets of dimension inputs, with a total of 50 pages available, accommodating diverse processing requirements.
This automated positioning system differs from traditional methods that rely on manual adjustment of the stopper plate by the operator. It significantly reduces the need for manual intervention and enhances operational efficiency. Especially when multiple cutting dimensions are required, the system greatly shortens material changeover and positioning time—saving labor, boosting productivity, and bringing tangible benefits to the woodworking process.

Mode 2 Auto Return Function

Each parameter setting page allows input of up to 10 cutting dimensions, with a total of 50 pages available to accommodate a wide range of processing requirements. During operation, the user first inputs the initial stopper plate position—typically corresponding to the full length of the workpiece—followed by the desired cutting dimensions.
The first input value is recommended for trimming the lead end of the material, ensuring a clean and straight edge for accurate processing. Dimensions for the second through tenth positions can then be set based on the required cutting lengths.
After selecting which set of cutting dimensions to execute, the operator presses the start button, prompting the stopper plate to automatically move to the specified position for cutting. If the remaining material length is insufficient for the selected cutting size, or if the stopper plate reaches the limit switch, the system will automatically return the plate to the original set position to ensure safe and stable operation.
This function streamlines the cutting process, significantly reducing the need for manual material handling. It enhances cutting efficiency and accuracy, helping operators save time and labor while increasing overall productivity.
