Infeed Side Pressure Device

Dual-pressure Air Cylinder
● Making sure to cut the workpiece smoothly and to prevent it from loosen.
Guide Rod
● It will descend to prevent the workpiece from moving and make sure to push workpiece smoothly after finishing cutting angle.
Touch Screen
● Having cutting modes, parameter setting, record and alarm message.
● Automatic controlled feeding device driven by servo motor: According to the inputted value of cutting length, PLC system evaluates the length of workpiece and performs cutting action.
Automatic Position System
● The fast moving pusher reaches a maximum distance of 60 m/min with perfect position.
Pushing Fence
● According to the appointed length and quantity, pushing the workpiece and cutting it out till finishes all of work. After then reset pushing and cutting action.
